Update as of December 10, 2020 from the owner: This illness has taken away all mobility. Just starting to be able to login again to issue refunds. Have not been able to text, respond to emails, or issue refunds up until this point. We will never take a payment without either fulfilling your order or issuing a refund. We will never do that to you. We are committed to issuing full refunds for orders received and not delivered. Please forgive this delay.
Thank you for all of the Get Well emails, texts, and the gifts sent to my home. (Cannot get to official Bingaling shipping address due to mobility). You guys are so very kind. I will read them and open the gifts as soon as I am able. It means the world to me just knowing they are there.
